Ruth doesn't describe herself as someone who organises trips. Her work is turning a conversation into an experience: listening, understanding, connecting, choosing, orchestrating, and taking care.
It started in Israel, where she built over many years a network of people rather than suppliers — guides, artists, families, craftspeople, historians, restaurateurs, hoteliers and individuals capable of opening a country from the inside.
She then brought that way of working to Jewish Europe and to journeys of transmission. Today she applies it to projects anywhere in the world, assembling for each destination the counterparts who can meet the standard.
Listen before proposing. Choose few things, but the right ones. Prefer a real encounter to a catalogue effect. Verify. Anticipate. Know when a day needs to change because the pace demands it. And stay reachable when a detail needs settling.
The destination can change. The way of taking care doesn't.
