Can you organise a journey anywhere in the world?+
Yes, when the project fits the way we work. Depending on the destination, Ruth assembles carefully selected local counterparts and remains the single point of contact orchestrating everything.
What does "bespoke" actually mean here?+
We don't start from an existing programme. Ruth builds the itinerary after speaking with you. Accommodation, pace, encounters, guides, restaurants, transfers and experiences are all selected against what you've told us.
Who are your experiences for?+
Couples, families, groups of friends, multigenerational families and companies who want a highly personal service and would rather hand the organisation to one person.
Do you arrange luxury travel?+
Yes, when that's the level of comfort you want. But our definition of high-end doesn't rest on a hotel category alone. It also rests on the calibre of the people you meet, the care in the design, the ease of it, and the availability throughout your stay.
Can you accommodate kosher requirements or Shabbat observance?+
Yes. Dietary requirements, kosher arrangements, Shabbat observance and any other particular need are addressed at the design stage rather than improvised on the ground.
What happens when something goes wrong?+
Ruth remains your point of contact and coordinates whatever needs adjusting with the partners involved. The aim is that you never have to manage logistics yourself when something changes.
